Set in the not too distant future, colleges have become state run institutions of terror. You see, the government knows that the poor are easier to rule and enslave if they're silent and ignorant too. Following this logic, all expression has been banned, and only state approved books that have been "properly" censored are allowed. Sexuality is used as the mechanism to persecute enemies of the state.

Adults with subversive attitudes are sent for a political re-education at the hands of cruel prudish government instructors bent on breaking the will of any who defy big brother. In an isolated, dilapidated classroom, short on books but long on implements of pain, Andy Price is just such a subversive. Your see, Andy refuses to stop drawing dirty pictures. So he has been sent to re-education school 6 at the hands of Ms. Cox, his perky red headed instructor who's as horny as she is repressed. But Ms. Cox will discover that Andy doesn't need political re-education. He needs psychotherapy and a straight jacket!
