The year is 2006. Beautiful Lisa Blue is an inspector for the corrupt Environmental Protection Unit (EPU). She's honest and hardworking, which is why she spends most of her time as the office gopher, or as an object for her sinister boss' leering eye instead of investigating environmental hazards.
Competent people are not really helpful to the real mission of the EPU, which has nothing to do with protecting the environment. Enthusiastic, concerned employees like Lisa were scorned by the bureaucracy and considered troublemakers.
Then one day, everything changed. Her boss is suddenly being nice to her, and he wants to send her out into the field on a real live hazardous waste case! But just as everything seems to be going her way, things start to fall apart. Right after getting her assignment, Lisa has a strange blackout. It's as if someone tried to knock her out, then erased her memory, but didn't quite get all of it. She does remember something, but thinking about it scares the hell out of her. Like in a warped dream, she sees herself bound and gagged, having strange instruments compelled into her. All Lisa can remember is one minute she was talking to her boss and the next she was being awakened by him screaming at her to get to her "precious assignment", after she apparently dozed off at her desk.
Her assignment is to investigate complaints of an unknown type of contamination at an old abandoned warehouse. But this warehouse isn't really abandoned at all. Little does she know, she is really being sent to the warehouse as a "sacrificial lamb" for a twisted government experiment, a deranged plan to breed human and alien beings in order to create a new race of super soldiers.
Strange plot twists and bizarre action highlight this taut, Rick Masters directed sci-fi bondage masterpiece. This movie is intended for adults who wish to see a sexually explicit psychodrama of the strongest nature.
